12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

 

All work that we carry out is covered by our workmanship guarantee, for which your invoice serves as your reference. This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the day that the work is completed.

 

Materials Warranty

 

Any materials that we use are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which can vary in length and terms. We will advise you of any warranties that you will have, and how to ensure they are valid.

 

Non-Guaranteed

 

In the unusual case that any work we carry out or materials we use does not have a guarantee, we will explain this to you beforehand, to ensure that you are happy.

 

Overcharging

 

We will never charge more for our time, or the materials we use that is a fair and reasonable price. We will always discuss costs with you fully before undertaking any work, and if we discover something unpredicted, we will discuss this again with you.

 

Honesty & Transparency

 

We will always be completely open about the work that needs doing and will never try to sell you anything that is not necessary.
