As we are an NICEIC Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer, we can self-certify and are fully compliant with the latest Building Regulations for any maintenance and repairs.

Full EICR Reports and Visual inspections of the electrical installation, wiring, and fuse boards together with qualified Part P certification to meet current standards of BS 7671 18th Edition.

Why Should You Test Your Appliances?
As a landlord, you have a duty of care when it comes to your tenants. You are responsible for the upkeep of your properties’ appliances, and it is now the law that all portable appliances within the property must be PAT tested by a competent electrician. PAT Testing is simply to make sure all appliances are in good, working order. If you fail to comply, you could face a fine of up to £30,000.
By ensuring your appliances are tested and supplying a copy of the report, you build a better relationship with your tenants. They will know that you have a genuine concern for their safety and are complying with legal requirements in a professional manner. Fully qualified, electrical professionals will always be able to offer you advice in order to complete this process.
If your report highlights any faults or potential faults, you must investigate and solve the issue. This must be done by a professional electrician within 28 days of the inspection. A landlord must provide written confirmation to say that this issue has been resolved and that electrical safety standards are met.
